To fix up the photo of the guy,
I used four main tools.
The main tools I used were patch tool, healing brush, clone stamp and spot healing brush. The tool that really helped was spot healing brush, because most of the picture was full of scratches and became discolored. This tool helped bring back the color and make the picture look more new. Learning how to use these tools can really help me with my work studies later on in the future. Using these tools would help me fix pictures, magazines, papers etc. for classes such as history, biology or art. It would help a lot in history since most pictures you would fine are beat up and scratched, if i were to use one in a presentation I fix the picture to make it more presentable. I learned how to use these tools and have become an expert on them.
